Eczacıbaşı Holding’in sahibi olduğu, İstanbul’un Kartal İlçesi’nde bulunan, toplam 157.383-m² büyüklüğündeki gayrimenkuller üzerinde Mia Adi Ortaklığı tarafından inşa edilecek projeye ilişkin olarak akdedilen Hasılat Paylaşımı Esasına Dayalı Taşınmaz Satış Vaadi Sözleşmesi müzakerelerinde Eczacıbaşı Holding’in hukuk büromuz tarafından temsil edildiğini sizlerle paylaşmaktan mutluluk duyuyoruz.

2025 yılında gayrimenkul piyasasının en büyük projelerinden biri olacak olan bu projenin bir parçası olmaktan mutluluk duyuyor, proje paydaşlarına başarılar diliyoruz. Projede emek veren tüm meslektaşlarımıza da teşekkür ediyoruz.

Independent and Perpetual Construction Right

The construction right among the limited real rights is regulated between Articles 726, 826 and the rest of Turkish Civil Code, granting holder the authority to construct or maintain a structure either above or below someone else's land and the ownership of that structure. If the construction right is independent and perpetual, it is recorded as "immovable" on a separate page in the land registry upon request of the right holder.
