Ayşe Uyanık is a senior associate at Abcoo Law Firm. With over 10 years of experience, she has been providing legal consultancy and dispute resolution services to both local and international clients in the areas of Family Law, Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Administrative Law, and Tax Law.
Her co-authored book, “Yargıtay Uygulaması ve Doktrinde Boşanma Davaları”, was published by Aristo Publishing in 2024. In the field of Family Law, she was chosen as an expert advisor for the Council of Europe’s project aimed at “Improving Family Courts and Better Protecting the Rights of Family Members” in Turkey. She also provides training on Family Law across various platforms and offers voluntary consultancy to non-governmental organizations.
