Privacy Notice Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

To whom it may concern,

The privacy and safety of your personal data is of great importance for Att. Cüneyt Can Oğuzer, Att. Hasan Çağlayan, Att. Arif Murat Aygün ve Att. Berk Batur (“ ”). In this respect, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (“Law”) numbered 6698, we, as the data controller, would like to inform you about your rights and our practices regarding the processing of your personal data. In line with this, we have drafted this Privacy Notice for the purpose of informing you on “Data Controller’s Obligation to Inform” as provided under Article 10 of the Law and the “Rights of Data Subject” provided under Article 11 thereof.

What is the Purpose of Processing Personal Data?

Your personal data which you shared with are being processed for the purposes of;

- Data of Identity (name-surname, date of birth etc.); Execution of Communication Activities, Execution/Supervision of Business Activities, Execution of Goods/Service Sales Processes, Execution of Goods/Service Procurement Processes, Execution of Client Consultancy Services, Execution of Contract Processes, Follow-up of Requests/Complaints,

- Data of Contact (address, e-mail address, phone number etc.); Execution of Communication Activities, Execution/Supervision of Business Activities, Execution of Goods/Service Sales Processes, Execution of Goods/Service Procurement Processes, Execution of Client Consultancy Services, Execution of Contract Processes, Follow-up of Requests/Complaints,

- Other Data (requests, suggestions etc. which you will share in the contact form); Execution of Communication Activities, Execution/Supervision of Business Activities, Execution of Goods/Service Sales Processes, Execution of Goods/Service Procurement Processes, Execution of Client Consultancy Services, Execution of Contract Processes, Follow-up of Requests/Complaints

as defined under Article 3 (e) of the Law.

With Who We Can Share Your Personal Data?

As , in line with the above mentioned purposes, we may share your personal data which you had shared through the contact form with whom we have contractual relationships and/or whom we cooperate either located in the country and/or abroad, provided that the sufficient administrative and technical precautions have been taken within the scope of the security and privacy principles set forth under the Law.

Your personal data that you share with will not be shared with third parties for any purposes other than processing and sharing purposes which are stipulated under the Law and this notice or without your explicit consent.

When your personal data is transferred to abroad, such transfer is completed in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.
Method and Legal Grounds of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is being collected if you transmit your personal data to through physical or electronic environment, orally or in writing, and again through security cameras during your employment, servers in the work place, computers; by automatic means as stated under the Law and nonautomatic means provided that it is a part of data recording system.

Your personal data is being collected within the scope of; obtaining your explicit consent (Art. 5/1 of the Law), made public by the person concerned (Art. 5/2d of the Law), compulsory processing of data for the establishment, exercise or protection of any right (Art. 5/2e of the Law), compulsory processing of data for our legitimate interests without prejudice to your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2f of the Law).

Update of Personal Data

What are your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law?
Provided that the circumstances stipulated under Article 28 of the Law titled “Exceptions” are reserved, we would like to remind you that you have the right to (a) learn whether or not your personal data have been processed, (b) Request further information, if your personal data have been processed, (c) learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in line with such purpose or not, (d) learn the third party recipients to whom your personal data have been transferred within the country or abroad, (e) request rectification of your personal data if processed incompletely or inaccurately, (f) request erasure or destruction of your personal data as per the conditions set forth under Article 7 of the Law, (g) request the notification of the third parties, to whom your personal data have been transferred, with respect to the transactions made as per sub-clauses (e) and (f) above, (h) object to any negative consequence resulting from the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems and (i) claim rectification, in writing, of the damages that you have suffered due to unlawful processing of your personal data, if any.

You may send your request in writing to the e-mail address of info@abcoo.com.tr and/or personally submit a petition to ’s address İnönü Caddesi, Devres 50, Kat: 2, Gümüşsuyu, Beyoğlu 34427, İstanbul; or submit your application through notary public or by a registered letter with return receipt. The requests stated in your application shall, depending on the content thereof, be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, without any charge.
