Kübra Ünal, who joined Abcoo Law Firm as a legal intern in 2015, provides consultancy services to local and international clients across various sectors in areas such as Dispute Resolution, Personal Data Protection, Labor Law, and Compliance and Ethics.

Kübra provides consultancy services to local and international companies, senior executives, and shareholders, particularly in resolving disputes related to shareholders and Corporate Law. She represents clients in various disputes, including issues related to board member responsibilities and compensation, special audits, annulment of general assembly decisions, and calling board meetings, across all levels of courts and judicial authorities.

Kübra has extensive experience in Personal Data Protection Law, where she works on compliance projects related to data security and privacy for both local and international clients. She manages contract processes concerning data transfers abroad, data processing, data breaches, and employee data management, and prepares policies and procedures for clients in these areas, also providing training.

Additionally, Kübra has many years of experience in Labor Law. She represents clients in labor disputes at all levels of courts and judicial authorities and offers daily consultancy services on preparing employee policies and procedures, managing contracts and disciplinary processes.

Kübra also contributes to corporate governance as a member of the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (CGAT).
