Aysima Kurtuluş, who joined Abcoo Law Firm in 2021, is currently a senior associate in our Corporate Law department, bringing nearly 10 years of professional experience and a successful academic career.
After graduating from Marmara University Faculty of Law, Aysima Kurtuluş completed her master's degree in International Trade Law with honors at the University of Sussex in the UK, a globally recognized institution.
Throughout her career, she has worked at numerous law firms providing consultancy to both local and international clients across various sectors. Her primary areas of focus have included Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate Law, Trademark and Patent Law, as well as Personal Data Protection and Compliance/Ethics.
At the beginning of her career, Aysima Kurtuluş, who supported her clients in litigation and follow-up matters along with consultancy services, gained experience in these areas with the large-scale M&A and investment projects she carried out, and as a result of her work, she was finally selected as a “Rising Star” by Legal 500 in the fields of “Corporate Law” and “Real Estate Law” in 2024.
