Ali Taner began his legal career in 2024 and provides legal support to domestic and international clients primarily in the fields of Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Inheritance Law, Data Protection Law, and Contract Law.

Ali is involved in providing day-to-day legal support to companies, including the drafting and review of contracts, preparation of internal corporate correspondence and legal documents, and the follow-up of commercial dispute files. In the field of Corporate Law, he takes part in the preparation of documents related to general assembly and board of directors’ processes, the follow-up of disputes arising from shareholder relations, and the handling of related lawsuits and applications.

Within the scope of Real Estate Law, Ali works on lease relationships, commercial leasing, real estate sale and purchase transactions, and legal matters arising from such transactions. He is involved in the follow-up of litigation and enforcement files in this field and provides support in contractual processes.

In the field of Inheritance Law, Ali is involved in the follow-up of litigation and enforcement proceedings related to certificates of inheritance, determination of estate assets, distribution of inheritance, and inheritance-related disputes, and provides legal support to clients throughout these processes.

With respect to Data Protection Law, Ali takes part in compliance-related work, including the preparation of privacy notices and explicit consent forms, as well as basic compliance documentation.
